Kevin M. Quinn is the President and CEO of Bella Terra Building Co., a full-service commercial, residential, and construction consulting company specializing in every phase of the building process. From identifying land opportunities and performing due diligence to entitlements, permitting, project management, and construction, Kevin brings a well-rounded, hands-on understanding of what it takes to move a project from concept to completion.
With more than 21 years in the construction industry and over $700 million in construction and development projects completed, Kevin has built his career across a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial, healthcare, airport, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse projects. His experience includes leadership roles with Bella Terra Building Co., Lincoln Property Company, Austin Commercial, Linden Construction, New Tech Mechanical Systems, and JL Creative Renovations.
Kevin earned his B.S. in Business Management from Dowling College in 2010 and is a Class A Certified General Contractor. His background includes serving as Vice President of Development and Construction, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Project Administrator, Project Engineer, Estimator, Carpenter, and Foreman. This broad experience gives him a unique perspective on construction from both the field and executive level.
Throughout his career, Kevin has worked on major projects throughout Florida and South Carolina, including Disney’s Old Port Royale Renovation, Marriott Crystal Shores Phase II, SunTrust Plaza at Church Street Station, Charleston International Airport’s Terminal Redevelopment and Improvement Program, Picketville Industrial Park, Pace Road Industrial, Church Street Phase II “The Edge,” Bumby Arcade Food Hall, X Golf Tampa, Orlando Health West CEP, SunTrust Office Suites, and other large-scale developments.
Kevin’s approach to construction is driven by a simple belief: he does not just want to build things — he wants to make a difference. He believes the construction industry is still evolving and that owners and developers benefit from new perspectives, better technology, stronger communication, and a willingness to challenge the old way of doing things. His goal is to help clients see the full picture, make informed decisions, and ultimately receive a better product and a better experience.
As a husband and father of four, Kevin is also motivated by building a life that allows him to be present for his family while continuing to serve owners, developers, and clients at the highest level. Through Bella Terra Building Co., he brings together deep industry experience, modern construction strategy, and a personal commitment to doing the job the right way.
